1. Russia

Russia's Foreign Ministry says Syria's main Western-backed opposition group
is refusing to participate in talks in Moscow.
A ministry spokesman says the Syrian National Coalition is ``blocking and
refusing to participate'' in the talks, which would focus on resolving the
humanitarian crisis in Syria.
Russian officials had hoped the talks would bolster prospects for a proposed
peace conference the U.S. and Russia are trying to convene in Geneva.

2. Typhoon

The strongest typhoon this year slammed into the central Philippines today.
The storm set off landslides and knocked out power and communication lines in
several provinces.
At least four people died.
Nearly 720 thousand people were forced to evacuate before Typhoon Haiyan's
arrival.
Due to cut-off communication, it was impossible to know the extent of
casualties and damage.

3. Weather

According to Central Weather Bureau forecasters, it'll be clear over much of
Taiwan this evening, with lows of 23 or 24 in the north and south, 22 in the
center.

It was very funny and interesting that we decide the relationship as our topic because four of our members are in different situations and have different point of view about love.
 My favorite part is the photos. It was very difficult that how to show the feeling about love, and we had to use our expression and gesture to reveal. I was the photographer, that was very funny to lead my members how to give poses and expression. The process was quite interesting.
We not only gave the survey for our classmate to vote and give their ideas but also interviewed friends as columns to express their opinions.
However, we thought that our work was not perfect. We actually could do it better, but we had learned a lot.

        Love affair, is seems to be one of the most important lessons we have to take this course in our college life. Everyone expects that he or she may run into somebody in all kinds of conditions and have an exciting or romantic development. However, some people don’t go alone with that. They like to be single and also enjoy the life in single. To me, I am person who like to be single and refuse the love in relationship. In other words, I am bachelorism.

        Most of my friends are in relationship, and they are very loyal to their lovers. They seem to be very happy when they fall in love with each other. Nevertheless, that makes me confuse and feel disgusted. Kate, my best friend for over ten years, was falling in love with her boyfriend last year. We always hang out with each other on weekend and chat in café during free time. One day, we were chatting in café near my school at Saturday. Originally it must be very joyful, but I was not happy when something happened after her phone rang. I knew the man she was talking on the phone was her boyfriend, and Kate was not happy. After few minutes, she started getting angry and growling to the phone. Finally she switched off her phone and cried. I was shocked and comforted her. That was so embarrassing to me that other people sat near us must think we had an argument. I hoped there was a hole I could hide at that time.

        She revealed that they had a fight and hadn’t got along together for these days. Later, she started complaining about her boyfriend. “Why he always asks me where I am, who is being with me and why I haven’t given him a phone call? Do you know he require me that I have to give him a phone call every one hour? That’s so exaggerative.” In addition, she said they had a fight because she was being with a male---that’s me. To my surprise, she mentioned that her boyfriend had borrowed money from her so many times and never given back. At first she just thought it was natural and showed the honor to her boyfriend, but she found that something was wrong. Plus, she got tired of his strong possessiveness and would like to break with him. However, she didn’t know how to say to him and there were a lot of troubles between them to solve.

        Although I didn’t know what happened to them after that day, I just knew I had bad feeling about love affair. I always thought falling in love with someone was a trouble thing. There were so many problems happened on my friends, and these finally lead to unnecessary arguments and complaints. Moreover, I love freedom to do anything as well as living unrestrainedly, so I hate to be asked that I have to report my location for someone on time. That makes me feel I am a prisoner. In addition, I love myself than others so that I always think about myself, and I have plans about my single future, such as having a dream job to make a lot of money and buying many things I want, purchasing a single apartment and keeping a dog to accompany with me. Now, I have been single for 22 years and joyful to be bachelorism. I keep my mind as well as belief at all times. I am also happy as same as those people are in realationship.

My Little Heaven

    It  was my first time to go abroad and stay so long time during the summer vacation. I went to Brisbane in Australia for one and half months and stayed at my aunt's friends.
    It's was a special chance that I could went to Australia. The family in Australia was my aunt's friends, and I just had a lunch and chatted at one time. It means that I was not familiar with them, but they are very kind and generous. I appreciated of them.
    Sometimes I went to the day care center in the Sunnybank to be a volunteer as a helper, or I traveled by myself.
    One day, I decided to go to a place that was very far away from where I lived - Stradbroke Isalnd. I would like to use my English ability and body to experience what I saw. It took me 4 hours to get there by taking a train, bus, water taxi and walking.  I had to confess that my English was not good, but I was so happy when I got there. This picture was taken by me in the Frenchman beach. There was no one here but me. All I could see was the clean beach, blue sky and white sand. It was just like this place was my own heaven. I walked, listened to the sound of sea waves and gazed at the coastline between the blue sky and sea. I felt everything was suddenly peaceful in my mind.
    I took this picture as my forgettable memory. I used the tripod  and put the camera on the sand. I walked in front of the camera, so that's why I was in the picture.
Traveling makes me stronger because I acheived my goal without any help from others. I had no fear to be alone.

    In Ipswich, Suffolk, a safe containing  £ 1,200 was stolen in the nursery’s wheelie bin in Private kindergarten. The thief broke walls with tools approximately at 11-12 pm. The nursery school said they were so shocked they were targeted when they were a just a nursery. Besides, the police said " We are doing all we can to arrest the thief."
